Right out of the box, the Bedtime Bliss eye mask has a great design. It looks well made, it's durable and it is very soft. I really liked that the inner part of the mask (the eye area) has two deep cut out spaces so there isn't any pressure on my eyes. Which allowed my eyes to move freely without my lashes hitting it. The mask is lightweight and it's flexible, but not floppy. The mask is fairly comfortable. For me, I just have to get use to the strap around my head. The strap's velcro gave me a slight pressure feeling on the back of my head while I slept, making it slightly uncomfortable... But, I do like the velcro strap because it made it very easy to adjust it to my head size. The mask kept out about 99% of the light. I got slight cracks of light around the edges... not bad, considering everyone's heads are different. The Bedtime Bliss mask also came with a set of ear plugs, more like just two small pieces of foam. They didn't work at all, but that wouldn't stop me from purchasing the mask. Overall, I really liked the Bedtime Bliss eye mask. Better than any of the traditional ones you get at the drug stores.
