I have had this product for a little over a week now, and I like it. I've never had a video baby monitor before, so this was the first time I've ever tried one. Setting this up was very easy. The instructions were very easy to follow and understand. The monitor/screen is a good size and the resolution isn't bad. It's not HD or anything, but definitely good enough to see what your baby is up to. I loved the night vision. A lot clearer than what I was expecting. I mean it's not like what you see on the movies, but it's good enough. I also liked that the night vision was automatic. I didn't have to hit a button or anything, it just automatically went on when it went dark. Audio is good. My favorite feature about this system is being able to talk to your baby. It can really come in handy for additional soothing from "mom's" voice. I think my voice sounded a little strange, but it wasn't bad. One thing I didn't like about this system is that when I turned on the camera, there's a loud sound letting me know that it's been turned on. It might be a problem if you just put down a sleeping baby and forgot to turn the system on. It could possibly wake the baby when you do. Also one thing to note is that the battery life isn't great, it sometimes didn't make it through the night if I didn't plugged in. But, overall, I liked it. Good price point for a system like this. I can't wait to give it to my sister who is due in a few weeks.
